Wild About Events – Event Styling & Hire Services

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date.

  • Bookings made within 14 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel your booking once full payment has been made, no refund will be issued.

  • In the unlikely event that Wild About Events needs to cancel, a full refund will be issued.

3. Hire Period

  • All hire items are for a one-day hire unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Setup and collection times will be arranged in advance and must be strictly adhered to.

4. Damage, Loss & Responsibility

  • The client is responsible for all hired items from delivery to collection.

  • Any damage, breakages, or missing items will be charged at replacement cost.

  • Items should not be moved once set up, unless previously discussed.

  • Children must be supervised around display items at all times.

5. Weather & Outdoor Use

  • Some items are not suitable for outdoor use in bad weather. We reserve the right to cancel setup if weather conditions pose a risk to safety or equipment.

  • No refunds will be given if items cannot be safely installed due to weather, unless pre-discussed alternative arrangements were made.

6. Photos & Social Media

  • We reserve the right to take photos of our work at your event for promotional use.

  • If you prefer your event not be shared online, please let us know in writing prior to the date.

7. Liability

  • Wild About Events will not be held responsible for any injury or damage caused by misuse of our equipment.

  • We hold Public Liability Insurance; details are available upon request.

8. Acceptance of Terms

  • By paying the deposit or confirming your booking, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
